Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Curvebase collects when you request a savings check, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. Questions about anything here can go to hello@curvebase.io.
What we collect
When you submit the savings check form, we collect the details you enter and the files you attach.
- Your name, work email address, company name, and phone number if you provide one
- Your reported number of locations, the categories you asked us to review, and any spend range you select
- The bills, invoices, and contracts you upload, including whatever information those documents contain
- Campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which outreach reached you
- Standard server and analytics data such as page views and approximate location derived from your IP address
Documents you upload
Bills and contracts often contain account numbers, service addresses, and vendor identifiers. We ask you to remove anything you would rather not share before uploading.
Uploaded files are stored privately. They are not published, not listed publicly, and not indexed by search engines. Access is limited to the people at Curvebase working on your review.
How we use it
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents to market unrelated products to you.
- To review your bills for pricing issues, fees, rate changes, and other potential savings
- To contact you about your submission and the findings
- To pursue savings on your behalf, if you ask us to and we agree separate terms
- To understand which outreach and marketing brings operators to the site
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run this site and process submissions. That means those providers necessarily handle data on our behalf. The categories are website hosting, file storage, email delivery, and website analytics.
We choose providers that offer standard commercial security protections, and we share only what each provider needs to perform its function. We can tell you which providers we currently use if you ask.
How long we keep it
We keep submitted documents and contact details for as long as needed to complete your review and any work that follows from it, and afterwards for our own business records. If a submission does not lead to any engagement, we aim to delete the uploaded documents within 12 months.
Deleting your information
Email hello@curvebase.io and ask us to delete your submission. We will delete the uploaded documents and your contact details, other than anything we are required to retain for legal or accounting reasons, and confirm when it is done.
Security
Uploads travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in private storage that is not publicly reachable. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any formal security certification.
